Bottle. Slightly hazy pale gold. Nose is passion fruit, lactic acid, lemon, wine. Funky, tart, passion fruit, bretty leather, lemon, grapefruit. Crisp, refreshing, and delicious.

Dorada anaranjada. Mucha microburbuja y bonita espuma. Aroma a levadura y vainilla. Muy suave en boca, cremosa. Sabor inicialmente dulce que evoluciona hacia un final bastante amargo y con acidez presente, a la vez que el alcohol se hace claramente presente.

Umber. Best beer of 2020 so far. I don’t even like the regular edition, but this is super duper. Sansho, oak extract. For heavy thinking.

Bottle from Yamaoka. Big cherry and brett nose, wood, wine. Pretty deep red color with bubbly lace. Bretty, dry, funky, lightly lactic. More bretty than cherry, really, but the cherries are nice. No where near as funky and sour as an Oude Kriek, but also not sweetened or fake, so pretty nice overall. Wine, oak come through.

Cloudy light gold with a decent white head. Funk, wood and some stone fruit. Red fruit, almost sour but not quite, lots of wood and some funk with a long sweetish finish.
