big brown bottle 2000ml. -from BILLA Timisoara. Darker golden coloured, medium sized white head, bready nose. Moderate malty, vinous hoppy and bready with odd vegetables notes (spring onion). Hardly drinkable Romanian beer but in other hand very cheap. 5.0%ABV and 8.4P. Stupid.

brown bottle 1000ml. -from Billa Timisoara. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, not so pleasant nose buttery meat nose. Some traces of leather also. Sweetish malty and bready with surprisingly rather hoppy finish. Better than Hungarian brothers.

Canned 500ml. -from Billa Timisoara. Slightly cloudy golden coloured, small white head, intensive grainy nose. Very sweet taste, also some notes of camomile tea. One of the sweeter n/a that I’ve tried.

Courtesy of and shared with ogivlado who brought it from Timisoara (thanks!) Poured a medium sized white head that went away at a medium-slow pace, golden body. Ouly malty buttery nose. Watery tastem herbal acidic hop, trace malt except for the dry bready finish. Not too drinkable but not too badly executed. Actually, most likely a good execution of a bad idea.

Courtesy of and shared with ogivlado who brought it from Timisoara (thanks!) Poured a golden body witha a small white head. Golden body. A worty grainy nose. The taste is sweet with strong notes of clove (what?), some carbonation bite. Sweetish aftertaste. Odd and different if anything.

Shared with Kinz for an impromptu tasting. Cloudy white body with a small white head. Aroma of caramel, lemon peel, light spice and heavy anise.Heavy anise in the flavor, with a light lemon peel background. Certainly interesting, but unexpected.

bottle - Pours pale yellow and fizzy with a one finger head. The aroma is cereal malt and a little hops. The flavor is of light malts and has some mild hops that taste like numerous other light, euro-hopped lagers. I’ve certainly had worse, It’s thin, slightly watery, and generally unimpressive.

They’re on point with the aroma and appearance. Aroma of coriander and light citrus. Very cloudy yellow. Lemon is the dominant flavor and it is done fairly well. The wheat is lighter.

Pale golden colour with almost no head at all. Aroma of pure skunk, some malt, cardboard and just about nothing else. Light-bodied; Perfumey malt in the taste with some bittering aspects. Aftertaste is very clean, no harsh flavours roaming at all. Overall, not the worst beer-but gets too much attention, just for the label and name. I sampled this 50 cL bottle purchased at Arrowine in Arlington, Virginia on 29-September-2004.

Thanks to Darkover for the trade. This beer is a lightly hazy yellow color with a small and bubble white head that disappeared quickly. Nil lacing. Citrus and stale malt in the nose. Light-bodied and very carbonated, with flavors of yeast, lemon and sour grapes. Not really a great combination. The finish is lightly sweet and does not last. Definitely a below average Wit.
