Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours proper turbid cloudy beige - good with a dissipating white head. The aroma is initially has some damp spent grain and farmyard vibes about it which dissipate with time... Then it gets bight and tropical, juicy, lemony citrus, citrone, pineapple chunks mango and some damp weed. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy and has a punchy bitterness which lingers throughout, green, weedy, dank, pithy, zesty, lemon, lime, grapefruit, bitter orange peel, campari, prickly pine, pineapple, slightly unripe mango, peach, nectarine and some peppery spice with a lingering bitter - green finish. Light+ body and fine, supporting carbonation. A ludicrous amount of hops in this one. Body is quite impressive for a nolo. Shame the spent grain aroma detracts from he experience a bit, but will definitely return to this.

Can. Near clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light but notably present pale malts, a trace of grain. Great white burgundy barrell, robust Chardonnay like flavour, on steroids. A mild peachy wine and vanilla oak. Light finish. Unusual barrelling and it works very well. Another very pleasing 6DN winey beer.

Can. Near clear deep amber brown beer, bubbly tan head that doesn't last. A pretty light and mildly dry palate, reasonable fine minerally carbonation. The malts are a little thin in the mouthfeel but rich enough in flavour. Light malt cream and a nice caramel - toffee streak, not overly sweet or Scopey would never have given this a 4.1! A pretty modest oak induced vanilla along with much less modest whiskey soaked ripe fruits. Trace of estery something or other before a light finish brings a mild alcohol spice. A tidy number all round.

Can. Almost clear deepish gold beer, small head, a kinda musty pale peach. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. The Riesling BA comes through loud and clear and is the dominant character with rich and ripeish grape, slightly floral. Some vanilla oak underneath. Some traces of other fruits and very mild esters on the back end before a dry finish, the residual bits of the base Saison I guess but the barrell is the boss here. Nicely winey beer.

Well stored bottle. Deep amber body under a small, lacing tan head. Aroma has lots of oak with dry fruit, malt, red vine and a bit funky. Taste has dry fruit, malt, red wine, red berries, vinegar and lots of oak. Balanced body with a tart aftertaste. Quite nice but a bit too much taste of wood.

Can from Westhill Service Station. Was a bit underfilled to be honest. It pours slightly hazy orangey - amber with. A small, bubbly white head. The aroma is vinous, oily, damp oak, some funk, damp oak, zingy, sherbet, sour candy, peach, apricot, nectarine, plum and light vanilla. The taste is drying upfront, oily, dry oak, tannin, slightly nutty, slick, very fruity, peach, nectarine, apricot jam, persimmon, melon, orange wine, candied orange peel, gummy candy, grass and some alcohol bite in the backdrop. Finishes up with dry oak. Medium - fulsome body, lightly carbonated and slick/oily mouth feel. Perhaps a touch more carbonation, but I'm being picky. It has a lovely depth of flavour and drinks like orange wine. I love wine aged saisons.
