Our beers are unfiltered and carbonated naturally through secondary fermentation. We brew classic Belgian inspired beers, as well as modern, hop-forward styles. We also release a number of collaboration beers each year with other breweries.

Very light and thin, don’t get much flavours, quaffable, floral nose

Appearance is light straw, golden tinge, a big pillowy white head. Aroma is citrus, zesty hops, spritzy fruit, spicy malt hints, hints of orange, Belgian yeast. Taste is creamy malt, citrus fruit, slight tartness, dry white wine, lemon, spritzy hops and a clean finish. Cloves and spicy hints.

Appearance is golden, a small white foamy head. Aroma is hoppy fruit, grapefruit, stone fruit hints. Taste is creamy malt, stone fruit, pine, orange hints.

Can direct from 6DN. It pours hazy rose - pink with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, raspberry, bramble, gooseberry, melon, pear, jam and fruit coulis. The taste is smooth, bitter - sweet, drying, tangy, bright berry vibes, raspberry, raspberry pip, bramble, tayberry, melon, gooseberry, fruit smoothie and touch of woody tannin with a drying finish. Average carbonation and moderate, foamy carbonation. Easy going berry sour.

Keg at MSBH. It pours lightly hazy pale yellow - gold with a frothy white head. The aroma is fresh, fruity, juicy, has a pic n mix vibe about it, candy, stone fruits, lychee, bubblegum and marmalade... Interesting for sure. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, bitter, pithy, zesty, straw, grass, dull dankness, citrus peel, quite clean, candy, pic n mix vibes again, pithy, zesty, lemon, grapefruit, cloudy lemonade and some peppery spice with a drying finish. Light body and fine, prickly carbonation. Interesting and impressive depth for the abv. Crushable and moreish. Great stuff.

Keg at MSBH. It pours clear copper with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, woody, leafy hops, raw rhubarb, touch of bubblegum, lychee, fruit crumble and must. The taste is dry, puckering, tangy, musty, some acidity, woody, nutty earthy, rhubarb is fairly muted, damp leaf, vinous, dull funk and floral with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Fairly earthy and muted. Drinks fine though.

330ml can from Cork & Cask. Gluten Free. Murky gold colour, big foamy off-white head and aroma of citrus, resinous hop. Taste is malt, oats, tangy, spicy, citrus, pine, with resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, tangy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, some pepper, mild herbal and earthy tones with a bit yeasty elements to it. Flavour is citrus, some sweet maltiness with herbal and mild bready tones. Slight spicy and yeasty tones to it as well.

Can from the Low Cost Beer online shop. Pours hazy golden amber with a thin white head. Aromas of citrus, pine and caramel. Taste is more of the same. Bitter finish.
