Buying this beer at one monoprix, district 13, Paris, tasting this bottle two days ago, at home with a tasty bourguignonne fondue, sweet, sugar, juice of cherry, fruity, carbonated, hidden malt and weak bitterness, light body.

Buying this small bottle in one momoprix district 13, Paris. Opening it two days ago with our bourguignonne fondue, light and aromatic, industrial but it is ok, juice of strawberry, sweet, hidden malt, light body, sugar, discreet hop, carbonated.

0.75 l bottle from 'SpeciaalBierPakket.nl', bottled in October 2024. Hazy, dark ruby with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, sourish, quite fruity and gently funky aroma of overripe lemon, caramel, red berries, some cognac and light horse blanket. Slightly sweet, gently sour, rather fruity, slightly vinous and a bit funky taste of overripe lemon, oak, red berries, cognac, leather, some horse blanket, lightbalsamic vinegar and a touch of caramel, followed by a medium long, fairly tart, gently woody-dry finish. Medium to full body, gently astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Delicious brew, quite complex and refreshing, superbly balanced. Leans towards flanders red, almost a hybrid, really good.

Bottle that’s been sitting a year or so in the cellar. Not sure if the 11/2023 date is an expiration or a production date. Deep gold with a creamy, white head. Sugary, fruit-syrupy aroma with touches of green apple and apple vinegar. Taste is sweet with the sugar blanketing a quite tart undertone that would be more interesting if it had more profile. Light bodied, mild carbonation. Rough. Below average for the style.

Can shared at tasting. Clear golden copper color, virtually no head. Aroma and flavor are sourish, soft tart, hayish, barnyard, soft fruity notes, incredibly balanced. Wow this is amazing! Lovely!

ALmost clear golden pour with a tiny white head. Aromas of peach, some white white/champagne, a hint of vinegar. Taste is peach (quite prominent, but very natural), white wine, hint of citrus. Sessionable.

0.25l bottle. Ruby body with a pink head. Aroma and taste of sour cherries, blueberries, sugar syrup and blackberries. A tiny bit artificial but still nice.
