Welcome to the official page of the Lindemans family which has been brewing lambic since 1822. The family has owned a farm since the dawn of time. It was to occupy (and refresh) the peasants in winter that we began our brewing activity. With time and success, our agricultural activities decreased as our brewery developed.
As Darwin said, functions create organs. Today, we are once again expanding our brewery to share the love of our beers beyond our borders.

Bottle, recently bought at Huis van de Geuze webshop. Color: Slightly hazy golden, dense off-white head. Aroma: Some hay, subtle fruity and lightly funky. A bit stale, portification. Taste: Lightly tart, some hay, lightly fruity, signs of oxidation, portification / madeira. Hints of vinegar. Clearly passed the top. Was expecting more of this. Have had far better Geuze from 2013 recently. But hey, that's the gamble with oldies... Especially when you don't know the way it's cellared. Sometimes you win, sometimes you loose.

A small bottle purchased online from Beers of Europe while home on holiday, and drunk at my place here in Taipei [note this bottle is labeled as ‘5%’] Aroma: very intriguing, memories of late season apple orchard. Appearance: opaque bronze, 2-3mm. off-white lacing. Palate: medium-bodied and rather tart, softish carbonation; finish is pleasantly acidic. Taste: predominantly sour, lightly sweet, nicely balanced. Some funk, a little bit of caramel; very refreshing, I could drink more.

Ein belgisches Fruchtbier 🇧🇪, das wirklich durchdacht ist. So hat es tolle Aromen nach Kirsche 🍒, dunkles Beeren 🫐 und einem karamelligen 🧇 Hintergrund.
Es ist sehr komplex, bietet aber auch ein rundes Geschmackseröebnis, wenn man ihm Zeit gibt und sich darauf einlässt 😋
