Description
Welcome to the official page of the Lindemans family which has been brewing lambic since 1822. The family has owned a farm since the dawn of time. It was to occupy (and refresh) the peasants in winter that we began our brewing activity. With time and success, our agricultural activities decreased as our brewery developed.
As Darwin said, functions create organs. Today, we are once again expanding our brewery to share the love of our beers beyond our borders.

Hazy pale yellow, tight white head. Strong sweet&sour aroma of mashed green apples. Flavor is par to aroma. Sugary. Some sourness in the finish. Too sweet to be liked.

Brownish with a small bubbly head. Lotsa fizz throughout. Smells of pears and apples. Flavor is tart pear or apple. Interesting, but not outstanding.

Bottle. Very, very potent raspberry aroma - also strong hay (fresh alfalfa) aroma. Dark crimson red with small head. Sweet syrupy raspberry blended with grass/new hay flavor and a nice sour/tart finish. Very nice but may be too sweet for some

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Comes as "Foudroyante Kriek" - the name used by Lindemans on the French market. Very pretty, deep red colour with a lovely pink head. Pronounced cherry in the nose - apparently with no less than 25% fruit (both whole cherries and cherry juice). Rather sweet and cherry-flavoured with an underlying tartness from the Lambuc. Unfortunately also with artificial sweeteners and aroma. Shame on you. 260603 (Bottle 25 cl) As Lindemans Kriek: 7/4/7/3/14=14 240698

Bottled(375ml). -as Foudroyante Kriek, 3.5%ABV.
Ruby coloured, huge pale pink head, acidic cherry nose. Sourish cherry aroma with notes of yeast. Rather sour finish. Refreshing. Much better than Lindemans Kriek. Is this same beer like Lindemans??? I don’ think so!!!
Bottled(250ml). - not so good beer, tastes like sweet cherry syrup with tart flavor and unpleasant soury finish, my girl like this brew, but I don’t so this rating is going to be good only because of her.

I love the Lindemans lambics in general. I have had this one a couple of times over the years. Sampled from a 12 oz green bottle. this beer poured a bright red color with a small pinkish head. The aroma is strong sweet cherry. The flavor is tart with a sour cherry tang and a strong fruity cherry flavor. The mouthfeel is moderately thick. The finish is sweet and tangy.

(Bottle 25 cl) Orange coloured (apricot) with a small head. Light and refreshing with very strong peach flavour (can this really be just natural juices?). But sweet - too sweet. Consider this as an alternative to icet ea or sodapop - it hasn’t got much to do with beer. 200997

Light peach color. Very sweet, but there is peach, wheat, and yeast in the flavor, along with a little lambic sourness. Not as sweet as the raspberry.

Bottle. Rich purple-red color with a big pink head. Sour cherry aroma with yeast. Sour cherry flavor - sweet, tart, refreshing. Better than the Framboise.
