Aug 29, 2025 (7/3/7/3/15=3.5): Poured from 473mL can. Hazy yellow with small white head. Gushed a bit on opening. Mild oak and tart wild yeasts. Okay.
Aug 22, 2024 (7/3/8/4/15=3.7): Poured from the tap @ HoF. Clear-ish gold with small white head. Some nice oak and tart funk. Has some layers. On par with original Aion. Bartender says it has actual grape must, but if so, it’s quite subtle feint vinous notes.

Poured from the tap @ HoF. Hazy yellow gold with very minimal white head. The passionfruit, pineapple and guava all come through, with a basic kettle sour base. Average.

Poured from the tap @ HoF. Clear pale blonde with minimal white head. Cucumber, feint tartness, a bit bland. Uninteresting.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse 2024. Pours murky reddish orange. Aroma has dark citrus, muddled. Flavour has dark citrus, vague sour fruit character.

Hazy with a touch of pink. Vanilla, sweet, a touch of acidity. Fruit? Maybe but the vanilla is kind of crushing everything else here.

473 ml can. Pours a deep mahogany color with light head. Aromas of candi sugar, raisins, soft sweet bourbon and toasted malts. Flavors follow same but alcohol is quite prominent and hot. Can’t really get any port with the level of alcohol.

473mL can, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma smells more like a dark lager than anything more robust, as Oakes noted. Flavour is much the same, with a thin toasted malt character and not much else -- I don't get any foeder, let alone anything Baltic porter-like or even porter-like. It's not bad -- certainly inoffensive -- but this just doesn't deliver anything as advertised.

Flight at brewery. Pours clear ruddy brown. Aroma has notes of bourbon, caramel malts, and dried berries. Flavour is a mainly bourbon and burnt caramel with some notes of darker fruits. Feels a bit clunky, but enjoyable; the burnt caramel flavours are nice.

Flight at brewery. Pours clear pale yellow. Aroma is sour with grassy and citron notes. Flavour is quite light, also has some grassy/citron stuff going on. A bit lacklustre.

Flight at brewery. Pours deep reddish brown. Aroma is mostly cinnamon and some toasty malts. Flavour is pretty malty. A bit too light though.
