Tap at CBF Wien. Dark amber body, with a small, beige head. Aroma of flowers, elderflower, citrus, some berries, almond. Tastes similar. Quite light, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth, floral, slightly sour, medium dry, fruity, a bit citric. Very nice, smooth stuff, with a floral character and just enough acidity. Not that complex though. Score: 8 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15

Tap a CBF Wien. Amber body, with a small white head. Aroma of fresh raspberry, straw citrus. Tastes similar, a bit lighter. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes medium sour, citric, fruity, a bit mineralic, with raspberry and some straw. Tasty, not too sour, with lovely raspberry notes. Drinks fresh and balanced. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16 2023-08-13: 2020 vintage from bottle. Quite similar, with a bit more funk. Still pleasant.

Tastes balsamic, nutty, marzipan, wood, spices, peppery. Finishes light dry and lightly sour with vinous notes, nutty and Balsamic notes . Very smooth one, very nice one, sour / brown notes

Tastes raspberries, grassy, berry notes, jammy. Finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of raspberries, berry and jammy. Very nice one, lovely balance.
