Bottle 0.33l from our archive, half and three years aged. Almost clear, very dark red colored. AROMA- Oud Bruin-like, somewhat sharp, sour, vinous, cherries, plums. FLAVOR- neutral, sour and sharp, slightly bitter, red wine, grapes, cherries, muscatel tones. Medium to fuller bodied. Really good.

750ml bottle. Opalescent, dark ruby colour with average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, beige to tan head. Immensely fruity and slightly tangy aroma, rich and intense notes of morello, encompassing hints of blueberry and blackberry, blue grapes, blue grape juice, light oaky overtones. Taste is tart, tangy and fruity, slightly woody, notes of morello, hints of blue grapes, some vinegar, white pepper, black pepper, a touch of bramble, mustard seed, minimally tannic hints of oak; slightly dry finish with minimally increased sourness. Acid thinned, oily-watery texture, slightly dry and astringent, minimally greasy palate, medium to fine, prickly carbonation. Excellent aroma, wonderful taste, deep and dark morello flavours - superb!

Tap at Pivo & Burger. Well, they managed to kick 2 other beers I hadn't had at the Wild Creatures stand literally within 30 minutes of my arrival, but just getting this one made me happy. Misty full red body, pinkish-white head. Fresh, slightly tart cherry aroma. Soft, juicy tart cherry taste, with subtle, pleasant wild yeast notes, light funkiness. The fruit and the yeast work very well together, making this an excellent beer by all means.

Bottle at final THT at Kwartje. Deep ruby. Lovely funk, dry red grapes, mineral, CO2, oak, wheat. Medium sweet, lighter sour and light bitter. Full bodied with quite some fizzy carbonation.

Tap at Salon piva April 2022. Vintage 2020. Hazy orange color wit white head. Aroma of apricots, light sourness, funk. Taste is again apricot centered, with light acidity, funk, fruity tartness. Easy drinkable, simple nice beer.
