Good white head (!) over golden cider. Woody notes with a lambic-like aroma, lactic acid. White wine obvious, as are apples. Fantastic balance with all the different fruitflavours. (Dried) apples are foremost, each new sip ahs a short moment of sweet apples, after which the natural acids take over agein. Spritzy - invisible - carbonation, very outspoken dry-out effect. Absolutely great cider, with both vinous and beery elements.

Small white head over orangey, veiled golden beer. Peach nose, exotic fruit, unripe fruit, delicate aromas. Sweeter than the nose let me believe. Again peach, other stonefruit, white winegrapes. Has indeed a streak of white wine with extra acids, or even sparkling wine. Very refreshing, invigorating; light body, light acidthinning. Another Antidoot gem.

Bottle at Kim Jong Un Buurtcentrum Zaandam, part of the (pre) tasting before the Moersleutel Investors Palooza. Clear pale golden color, no head. Aroma and flavor are sourish, sourish fruit. Harsh to describe properly but really smooth and tasty. Lovely beer.

0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 08/23. yellow almost clear color, small white head. smells peaches, parfumy, flowery, marzipan. very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes subtle peaches, toasted coconut, marzipan, stone fruits, lightly sweet. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of subtle peaches, coconut and marzipan. very nice one, peaches are rather on the subtle side. the coconut notes are rather interesting. overall very good one, lacks a bit of fizzyness, finish is a tad boring / finish feels actually a tad heavy (considering "only" 6.5% abv). overall very good one though.
