On tap at East Van, pours a clear copper amber with a small beige head. Aroma is quite hop-forward, with dry piney hops and toasted bready malt. Flavour is a bit abrasive, with toasted bready malt, some floral dry hopping and metallic notes. Sharp and unrefined. Not a fan.

On tap at East Van, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma reveals the dry, crisp buckwheat upfront, without much else noticeable. Flavour is very much the same, with lots of laid back buckwheat. Just enough hops to dry this out and provide some bittering. Solid, but unexciting.
