Dark amber color, clean. It's caramel forward with low bitterness, but very mild, and if blindly tasted nothing separates this from any boring Amber.
Clean is the only thing that can be noted here.

Draught at the brewery; nitro
Black color with small head. Mild aroma of roasted malts and cardboard. Quite dry mouthfeel, it seems less soft and more fizzy than most nitro beers, good roasted malt flavor with a touch of dark chocolate, lingering towards a long finish.
Undaring but good.

Hazy amber color. The aroma is lightly earthy and it has hints of vomit. Dry and weak mouthfeel, less strong than expected; light caramel from the infamous Crystals malt, non descriptive hops, earthy, dirty feeling in the final, very light acidity. It just reminds me of tons of mediocre Ales from Postmark, Red Truck and the like.
At the time of the first brewery opening, this seems to be the least precise of the beers on tap.

Cloudy blond color. Nice aroma, fruity hops, peach and a hint of tropical, getting a bit earthy later. Good mouthfeel, moderate residual sweetness, nice funky and woody character from the yeast, that blends with the orange peel from the hops, moderately astringent, with a long and bold finish.
Balance of sugars and yeast character, with the hops.
This one hit a soft spot.

Cloudy blond color. Swampy yeast aroma, light, more common in North America Hefe than Europe, so probably it's the yeast strain. Dry, crispy, with a different touch from the buckwheat, finishing dry and with low bitterness.
Simple but refreshing.

2019-08-01, draught at the brewery, 6-4-7-4-14=35
Hazy to cloudy golden colour. West Coast IPA, modern, with decently expressive hopping.
2018-02-22, draught at the brewery, 7-4-7-4-15=37
Improved since the opening: more piney character, strong coriander or spicy yeast too, and no vegetable bitterness.
Good.

Hazy light amber color, creamy head. Sweet aroma, mild fruit, candy, I suspect some butter too. Medium body, the malt base is a bit bready, some light caramel, toasty, undercarbonated (hence it seems a bit too sweet), some orangey and resiny hops, but also some pithy vegetables in the final. Definitively too sweet.
Not a bad beer, but we are in 2017 and on the West Coast, much more is expected from an IPA.

Clear brown color. The aroma is lightly earthy, the mouthfeel is rather dry but not too thin, mild earthy caramel flavor, touch of burnt sugar in the final, low bitterness, and no evidence of honey, but clean.
Session Brown.

On tap at London Pub, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out fresh crisp apples with medium sweetness. Flavour brings out medium sweet apples that would probably seem more cloying if not for the intense carbonation. Feels like a champagne on the tongue. Simple, sweet and highly carbonated, to sum up. Not so great.

On tap at London Pub, pours a clear bronze with a small white head. Aroma is very mild, with light toasted bread and a touch of caramel. Flavour is really restrained especially for the style, with bready malt and light caramel. But it's so muted and light, especially for a scotch ale. Decent, but needs more oomph.

On tap at London Pub, pours a hazy copper with a small white head. Nose brings piney hops, some zest, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bland for an IPA, with bitter hops upfront, backed by dry, slightly metallic biscuity malt. Very boring and somewhat harsh IPA. Not good.
