One of the most original beer I’ve ever tried. 650ml bottle. A lot of grapefruit in the taste. Must try beer :-) 10-4-9-5-17=45 08-Oct-2016. On tap at the brewery. Aroma is funky and fruity. Taste is pretty the same. Palate changed and rating changed as well :-) Or maybe this beer is just different in the bottle :-)

Poured from 650mL bottle. Dark muddy mahogany brown with full beige head. Plum, brown sugar, raisin, hint of chocolate, noticeable alcohol. Pretty decent attempt at a Canadian quad. May pick one up to age.

650mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out floral notes, Belgian yeast and nice dry hopping. Flavour is along the same lines, with floral dry hopping and Belgian yeast. Pretty gentle - the dry hopping isn't that potent. Clean and very easily drinkable. Good stuff.

On tap at Old Abbey, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out grassy notes, some tart wheat, and light cereal notes. Flavour is fairly tart, with wheaty notes, herbal grassy notes, and lacto. Not the most complex Berliner, but it works.
