On tap at Old Abbey Ales, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out tons of funk upfront, with astringent citrus hop bitterness underneath. Flavour is similar, with notes of barnyard funk and citrus hops duking it out. Finished quite bitter. Greet balance and the brett seems to have been in here long enough. Excellent.

On tap at Old Abbey Ales, pours a bright pinkish red with a small off-white head. Nose is really fruity, with fresh raspberries upfront, followed by Belgian yeast and floral notes. Flavour is more balanced between the raspberry and Belgian yeast. The carbonation is very high, which is a bit detracting, but everything is still pleasant. Decent.

On tap at Old Abbey Ales, pours a dark brown with a small beige head. Nose brings out notes of mocha upfront, with a little chalk and roast. Flavour is quite roasted, full of roasted malt, mocha, and a little chalk. Pretty harsh and robust for a porter. Nice stuff.

On tap at Old Abbey Ales, pours a hazy golden copper with a small white head. Nose is very floral in the hop department, with some skunky herbal notes as well. Flavour is similar, with skunky herbal hops, some floral qualities and enough biscuity malt to back. Quite bitter but pleasant enough. Could use some refinement as the skunky notes seem off.

Flavour is super juicy and dank, with citrus and oranges, dank bitter hops, and some paint thinner in there. A little harsh but still pleasant to drink. Solid.

On tap at Old Abbey Ales, pours a cloudy blonde with a medium white head. Nose brings very nice farmhouse notes, with zesty crackery malt and some citrus. Flavour is along the same lines, with farmhouse yeast, crackery notes and light Joplin that leaves a noticeable astringency. Pretty solid stuff. Drinkable and refreshing.

Bottle, Legacy. Cloudy light amber, with a lot of head. Aroma is lightly fruity, a little floral, spicy, like fennel, and with some Belgian fruitiness, and a blast of yeasty fruitiness. Nice.

650mL bottle, pours a dark amber / mahogany with a medium beige head. Nose brings out candied fruits, caramel malts and some toffee. Flavour is quite complex, with caramel malts, candied fruits and a lovely Belgian yeast profile. Fairly authentic for a non-Belgian quad. Complex and highly drinkable for a 10% beer. Excellent.
