Found a 22oz bottle at City Beverage in Winston-Salem. Pours a light amber-gold color with a medium thin off-white head. Very little lacing. The aroma is nicely hopped with a hint of citrus. Medium body with a nice hops flavor initially, but it runs out of gas toward the end. The finish is moderately bitter hops with some fruit as well. Overall this is an APA that is drinkable and above average, yet indistinguishable from hundreds of other drinkable and above average APAs.

Thanks to BierBauch for this fine Stout. Jet black color with a medium thick dark brown head. Thin and very sticky lacing. The aroma has a strong roasted malt and coffee character. Rich body and rather smooth, with a nice blend of coffee, malt, molasses and chocolate flavors. The finish is moderately bitter coffee with a pinch of hops. This is a solid Stout from start to finish.

Blond color, big head. Light aroma, corn and vanilla. Dry mouthfeel, light taste, a bit lemony: bad. Useless final.

Hazy dark amber color. Wonderful aroma: hops, malt, apricots, apricot almonds, cookies. Aggressive: malt and hops; caramel. Final extremely powerful and long.

The color is black and it has a beutiful chocolate brown head though fast disappearing. The aroma is sweet and roasted with notes of coffee. The flavor is lovely starting out sweet with notes of roasted bread but then the stout flavors kicks in with notes of coffee and malt bitterness. It ends on a very dry note combined with alcohol running over the tongue. Thanks a lot to Alex (Fiulijn) for bringing me this fine beer.

Black color; very dark head. Roasted malt aroma. Very good body strength, well balance, with an evident roasted malt/coffee flavor; quite much liquorice at the end. Not complex nor fruity, but robust.

Brown color; poor head. Very nice aroma, hoppy; litchee, flowers. Average body, quitre weak and a bit sweet, but the flowery/fruitness (litchee) is still present… Just some caramel. Strange but pleasant (because of the litchee.

Red amber color. Dry but nice hop aroma; lemony. Reasonable malty, nutty body; caramel; some sweetness. Bitter enough; caramel and hop finish (a bit simple).

Bottle. It's a dark beer with a good head. Everythign about the beer is dominated by a roastiness (they say a hint? bah). I'd prefer a hoppier brown, less roasty, and one that wasn't a stout using another name. It's not bad, but it's in the wrong style. The marketing guys must have determined that it would sell better if they didn't call it a stout.

Very hazy light golden colour with a very dense small-bubbled white head. Aroma of a small amount of high a.a. hops-perhaps Northern Brewer. Some of the coriander seed comes out in the aroma, but it is fairly mild. Light-bodied; Watery taste with a small amount of flavour. Sweet initial flavour with the spiceyness catching up. A different style wit, but very welcome. Aftertaste only shows a bit of malt, some spiceyness and no hops nor sweetness. Overall, a decent wit, different...but good. I bought this twelve ounce bottle at the Fresh Market in Knoxville, Tennessee.
