Dark purple, hazy. No head. Lots of merlot on this, deep berry notes. Tart and buggy and with lots of blackberry/raspberry character. A light bit of bugs and some wood. Soft with nuanced fruit character and deep vinous notes.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Opaque brown red with small off white head. Earthy, woody, mild red wine, touch of saison yeast. About a year old, mellowed out (it seems), not bad.

473mL can, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Nose is somewhat minerally and black peppery, with some light bugs, bright lemon, floral dry hopping, and seltzery notes. Flavour has a surprisingly nice buggy character for the style, with bright lemon, mineraly notes, medium citrusy tartness, light floral dry hopping, and light herbaceous (almost pickle-y) notes. The aggressive carbonation is perfectly fitting, accentuating the tartness and mineraly character nicely. Most attempts at DH sours are lame kettle sours with no complexity, but this one stands out.

500 ml bottle. Pours a garnet red with light pinkish head. Aromas of grape must, blackberry jam, and light wheaty malts. Flavors of chalky berries including blackberry and raspberry, red grape skins, light citrus and sharp wheat malts. Big raspberry finish. Fruity with light tartness. really nicely balanced.

Dull gold with just a slight haze. Very thin head. Wood and bugs jump out the most from the assertive aroma, with lemony accents. On the palate, this one's tart, lemony, floral, complex bugginess, the hops lending a light bitterness, the wood lending tannins, and then there's some acetic sharpness at the back. Complex, nuanced sour, but it drinks beautifully. Wild Ambition is back!

Poured from 500mL bottle. Clear-ish pink-ish orange with small white head. Muted raspberry (neither all that sweet, nor all that tart), feint yogurt note. I think age made this one suffer a little.
