473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is full of spritzy lime, a little mint, and tartness. Flavour is very tart, with lots of lime and mint upfront, a bit of floral character, and plenty of tartness. Tart and very spritzy, like a very carbonated lemon lime drink with added tartness. There's a touch of mint. Very whacky. It's not my thing at all, but I guess it's done well for what it is.

473mL can, pours a hazy dull yellowish blonde with a quickly-dissipating white head. Aroma brings out gentle wild bugs and a touch of vinous notes. Flavour is spritzy, with plenty of vinous notes, lots of grape must, and light wild yeast. High carbonation, which melds well with the grape must. Not all that complex but it's a pleasant fizzy tart wild beer of some sort.

500mL bottle, courtesy of Oakes (thanks man), pours a deep dark mahogany with a small off-white head. Nose is loaded with red wine must, saison yeast, and earthy notes. Flavour is dry and earthy, with lots of red wine barrel, red wine tannins, wood, and just enough rustic saison yeast. Really like the red wine barrel job here -- dry, earthy, musty and tannic in the right ways. Very good.

473mL can, pours a murky dark orange with a rapidly dissipating head. Nose brings out tart jammy plums upfront, with a nice wild bacteria character in back. Flavour is very fruity and jammy, with loads of tart jammy plums, moderate wild yeast character. Nice interplay of fruit and wild yeast. Not super complex, but it's very well-made.

500 ml bottle. Overflow on opening. Pours brown with full head that settles into a mucky mess. Aromas of creamy malts, metal, and vegetables. Flavors follow. I guess this could be called an old ale when process and quality were ad hoc. No evidence of base or barrel. A mess but not a drain pour. Aging is not making it better.

Cloudy gold with a frothy white head. Vegetal and sweet fruit with a touch of aspirin. Soured, fruity, white grape and some vegetal notes. I wished the fruity sweetness of Muscato would have come through.

Clearish gold with a decent white head. Soured vegative and plum notes. Really sour and earthy. Not my thing.

Clear pale gold with a decent white head. Candy orange and some light funk. Funk and some light glue notes. A bit muddled in the taste, although nose was decent.

Poured from 500mL bottle (abv listed as 6.2%). Clear light copper with very minimal off white head. Vinous tart cherry and touch of oak. Quite nice.

Nice purplish kir royale colour. Has a nice tartness, and a clean acidity. The fruit ends up being pretty light, lending a bit of acidity and juiciness.
