473mL can. Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Wild yeast, salt, and coriander on the nose - nice balance. Flavour has a similar composition as the nose, citric and salty. Nice.

Dull, with no head, and sort of a paleish colour. The aroma showcases apricots, maybe not super bright ones though. A bit of woody hop and brett accents, too. On the palate, it's got mild tartness, a touch of brett. The fruit is medium intensity, not super bright or juicy, but there's plenty of it. The malts are okay, hop not noticeable other than a bit of bitterness. Decent - the elements are each good not great, probably a touch more sweetness than I'd prefer.

Dark brown/near black. Thin head. Of course there's brett on this...being Wild Ambition's take on Victorian-era porter. On the palate, it's pretty sour, though, light brett and a bit of dark malt here and there. Feels a touch thin for its size. This isn't inspiring me. I don't get the rye anywhere, I just get a sourish porter. Disappointing - there actually is quite a bit of potential to do a baller three threads sort of porter but this is more like a dark sour that got away from them a bit.

473mL can, pours a hazy dark red with a tiny white head. Aroma has plenty of lactic acid, gentle blueberry, some skins, and a touch of earthiness. Flavour is gently tart, with a nice lactic acid character that has some depth (none of this yogurt shit from kettle souring), tart blueberries, again with the skins, and very subtle sweetness. Has some depth despite fairly gentle, and the addition of blueberries works well. Very good.

[6.2% ABV] 473mL can. Pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is very funky with some spicy earthy notes. Flavour is a bit more tame, mainly spicy rye and dried grass. The rye overpowers the saison funkiness. Moderate carbonation. It's okay.

It's got a blueberry colour, bright, with a thin, slightly purple head. Balanced blueberry, lactic tartness, a touch of pale malt, a slightly warm asafoetida note (probably autolysis). There's a fair bit of good here, but I'd especially like more blueberry because there's sufficient complexity in the base beer that I think a bigger fruit flavour would add to the beer, rather than drown it out.
