Lightly hazed, light amber colour with a big frothy-creamy light-beige head, good stay and some nice creamy lacing. Cereal malt aromas with some caramel hints and herbal hops. There is a touch of spiciness in the cereal grain taste, almost like a tad rye. Enough hops to cut the mild sweetness, and linger some dryness. Quite a nicely brewed bitter with well-balanced hops that make this easy to drink... many.

Pretty clean amber colour with very tiny transparent particles. The frothy head is light-beige, average stay with some mild lacing. Apple aromas over the caramel-chocolate, darker malts as base. Some nuttiness comes out in the taste with some dryness in the finish. Interesting Dopplebock, but again, another milder beer from this collection.

Quite clean, but some really, really tiny particles floating around. Golden with amber hue, a big frothy-creamy warm head, good retention and full foamy-creamy lacing. Straw, slightly sweet malts with a touch of spicy rye. The mouthfeel is quite smooth, mildly oily with a building, light dryness in the finish. Flavours of caramel base, mild rye and hops. Yeah, everything if fine here, but all on the milder side, which is weird for a 7.3% IPA.

Clean copper brown colour with some ruby highlights. Beige frothy, bubbly head with average retention and some minimal lacing. With the nutty nose and chocolate malts, it does smell like the Imperial City Peanut Butter Chocolate Milk beer I just did earlier. The mouthfeel is fairly thin, and some dryness in the end. Chocolate malt taste with some nuttiness and grassy hops in the finish. Not bad, but was expecting a little more. A tad unbalanced all-around.

Cleanish, light yellow colour with a big creamy white head, very good retention and lots of dirty-foamy lacing. The aromas are fresh, and pretty interesting as I get berries, from the mix of kiwi and lime. The taste gives me strawberry notes as well, but also peanut butter ha, ha! Yeah, pretty special with the sourness to a low side. It's like a tad burnt action, and maybe dragonfruit. Still, the lime lingers a bit. Refreshing and interesting to say the least.

Last one, part of their 4-pack Winter Collection... from last year. Clean, darker amber colour with a light-beige head, average stay and some decent foamy lacing streaks. Sweet malty caramel aromas with some dried fruits notes, alcohol and mild nuttiness. The taste continues this. Some alright warming in the mouthfeel and thin, dry finish. A little bitterness and bite in the start of the flavours. A lightly unbalanced Wee Heavy, but still drinkable.

Part of their 4-pack Winter Collection... from last year. Copper dark brown colour with a big creamy beige head, good retention and full creamy lacing. Big peanut butter, chocolate nose with some banana hints. Wet mouthfeel with a touch of dryness in the end. Some coffee lingers on the tongue. Roasted malt flavours with a little more banana, and less peanut butter. Was expecting really rich, sweet, but no - just a really decent stout with the peanut butter and bananas.

Part of their 4-pack Winter Collection... from last year. Oh wow! Big toothpaste, gum wintergreen minty nose. Dark brown colour, looks clean enough with some copper highlights, a tad of ruby. The head is big, creamy-frothy, warm beige with very good retention and solid creamy lacing. I am almost getting some chocolate malt, but not really - the mint is so strong. Weird, the mint is much milder in the taste, with the roasted malt base. Hints of chocolate malts linger. Interesting brew, and not hating the minty dark brews, but this one might be a little unbalanced between it all.

Part of their 4-pack Winter Collection... from last year. Fairly clean golden-amber colour with a frothy-creamy warm cap that stays quite a long time and leaves creamy-foam lacing. Grassy hop aromas reminding me of West Coast-style, with a touch of grind coffee and some raisins. The taste is a nice blend of the hop grassiness and light espresso. The mouthfeel is a nice crisp-turned-into-dry-finish, with a tad tartiness from the coffee grinds. Was not sure what to expect, but it does work well and goes down nicely.

A deep dark reddish brown stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, nutty notes, light coffee, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with loads of nutty notes, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at Cheshire Cat.
