Very nice light straw body, reasonably good foam. Excellent aroma of old wine barrels, barn funk, hay, sharp apple cider. Flavour is lots of wine barrel character, wood and grape, sweet apple cider. Mouthfeel is dry and also some good apple sweetness to help balance it out. Very nice, well balanced and easy to drink.

Very modest gold body and minimal foam, soft sweet apple on the nose, rather refined, a bit vinous, maybe soft wood notes. Flavour is a bit of bitter cedar, acidic with apple in there, modest apple notes and a bit of twig. Nice dry finish. Not bad at all, nowhere near a proper English cider but certainly drinkable.

Soft light gold body and modest foam, good bright hops with pineapple notes on the nose. Flavour is slightly bitter hops, some tart pineapple juice, maybe vague apple notes. Nice dry finish. Quite nice.

Good light white body and modest foam, interesting tart gose aroma on the nose with just a hint of hop and apple. Flavour is slightly bitter apple with citrus notes, coriander lingering. Nice dry mouthfeel, some lingering orange zest. Not bad, unique and some interesting things going on here.

Good light gold body and okay foam, tart dry apple on the nose with hints of wood and apple skin. Flavour is a slightly bitter and boozy apple, plenty of dry notes, slight vinegar. Full mouthfeel, nothing untoward lingering. Very nice.

Very nice foam on a clear gold body, good chewy apple on the nose. Flavour is middling apple. Modest tannin notes on the finish. Not bad, a little simple.

Okay gold and modest foam, soft plum and acidic apple aroma, some deep red wine fruitiness way on the back end. Flavour is sweet apple with very soft plum notes, more intending to round out the apple than being distinct in their own right. Nice full finish, good tannins, okay carbonation. Simple but effective.

Soft light gold body, little foam. Musty sweet apple on the nose, some caramel and twig. Flavour is bitter apple, some dry skin notes, soft wood, some sweet burlap sack. Very dry finish with a woody aftertaste and some boozy notes. Not bad, a little more complex than your usual B.C. backyard cider.

Nice light rosé body, foam gone fast. There's an odd caramel tone to the aroma, barnyard notes, everything unexpected in a perry. Flavour is a lot of butter, some acidity, with a cloying aftertaste. This one's no good.

Good foam on a crystal white body, strong carbonation akin to soda. The aroma is soft vanilla, a bit of dry apple, skins and soft sugar. Flavour is slight bitter apple, a bit of vinegar. Full mouthfeel. No sign of the alcohol. Adequate.
