Cloudy greyish pale... pear juice. Peppery, slightly floral, and almost dryish hops. Decent, actually, appearances aside

Golden-amber, thin head. Decent piney hop nose. Sweet, balanced and with a crackery malt. The malt character definitely stands out the most.

Taster at St. Augustine with Alex, Josh, and Sunshine. Pours an almost clear blonde with a weak white head. Aroma is pilsener malt. Similar taste with biscuity notes. Good Pilsener, but I am not a fan of the style.

Taster at St. Augustine with Alex, Josh, and Sunshine. Pours a dirty blonde with a white head. Aroma is not very pleasant with grainy, malty, and some wild notes. Similar taste. Reminds me Belgian Saisons a lot. Ok.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a deep dark brown / black with a medium creamy tan head. Aroma brings out toasted bready malt and a touch of caramel. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready malt, caramel and English malt. Nicely constructed, with a very English malty character. Solid.

Bright gold, medium head. Soft sweet malts, toasty hops, good balance...a beer you will appreciate in pint format much more than sample size..

Flavour is very dry, with a nice Belgian yeast character, biscuity malt and crackers. Nice dry hop character as well. Bone dry on the palate, with a nice Belgian yeast character. Really good stuff.

On tap at Tangent Cafe, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings Belgian yeast, some floral notes and dough. Flavour is quite clean, with Belgian yeast, dough and bready malt. Clean and balanced, though not especially exciting. Good for what it is.
