Pours with a very nice deep beige foam and a very dark brown body, a little lighter than normal for impy stouts. On the nose is undoubtedly plenty of bourbon and also some soft coffee notes, but the bourbon barrel is dominating. Flavour is definitely bourbon forward but done in a good way - sweet coffee and chocolate layers back, staged properly. Very good mouthfeel, full and smooth with some chalky coffee notes. Alcohol is completely invisible. This has a very impressive balance, everything is working very well together and it's quite enjoyable.

Great nitro foam, serious staying power, black smooth body. Dry chewy grain on the nose, hints of powdered cocoa. Flavour is chocolatey barley, more powdered cocoa, mouthfeel mostly full but not huge. Pretty good nonetheless, competently brewed.

Nice deep clear pink body and soft foam, sweet blackberry on the nose. Flavour is good berry sweetness with a bit of a grain back end. Full on the mouth and not too sugary, it works well.

Has muddy gold body and okay foam, Smells of fresh sweet oily hops on the nose. Flavour is sweet lemon with good hops on the back end, kind of a licorice taste. Okay mouthfeel. Not too spectacular but adequate.

Medium clearish copper and white foam, soft malt on the nose. Flavour is sharp malt bitterness, soft hops on the aftertaste. Good carbonation. Well done.

Has a good clear brown body and nice nitro foam on top, soft malt on the nose with hints of coffee and dried biscuit. Flavour is soft biscuit, creaminess works well to create a full mouthfeel. Boring yet workable, a safe bet kind of beer.

Middling deep yellow body and a bit of foam, soft hops on the nose leaning toward armpit. Flavour is all wet armpit hops with some sugar, any malt is invisible. Oily on the mouth. Unbalanced and hard to drink.

Good orangey copper body and modest white foam, sweet hops on the nose with underlying hints of rotting vegetable. Flavour is big sweet bitterness with vegetable hints, candy and caramel, more cloying bitterness on the back end. Another everything including the kitchen sink DIPA and as expected it's overbearing.

Middling lighter gold body and minimal head, sourness and vague pineapple on the nose but nothing else. Flavour is sour pineapple with some muddy juice behind it. Comes across like tepid pineapple juice halfway through fermentation. Needs to be brighter and more refined.
