Poured from the tap. Dark brown with beige head. Very earthy malt with pine hops and light roast. A little too earthy in my opinion.

On tap at White Sails, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is bold, with molasses, burnt sugar, and Belgian yeast. Flavour reveals a lot of burnt caramel, molasses, Belgian yeast, and roasted malt. Cohesive, with lots of depth. The burnt character is assertive but totally fitting. Complex and well-integrated. Excellent.

On tap at White Sails, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma exudes lots of floral dry hops upfront, with a light estery saison yeast character poking through underneath. Flavour is quite dry, with a floral hop character upfront that immediately gives way a dry saison yeast character. Clean, dry, and very drinkable. Good stuff.

On tap at White Sails, pours a clear chestnut brown with a small white head. Aroma reveals toasted chestnuts, a touch of caramel, and bready malt. Flavour is quite malty and toasty, with dry caramel, bready malt and a bit of toasted nuts. Dry caramel and bready malt on the finish. Competent brown but still underwhelming. Decent.

On tap at White Sails, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out juicy stone fruits, citrus hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is very fruity and juicy, with lots of stone fruits, assertive citrus hops, gentle dankness, and biscuity malt. Very juicy and well-constructed. Very good.

On tap at White Sails, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out champagne yeast, very dry floral hops, biscuity malt, and a touch of diacetyl. Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted biscuity malt, bone dry hops, and a trace of diacetyl that seems intermingled with the champagne yeast. Not feeling this.

On nitro tap at White Sails, pours a hazy chestnut brown with a medium off-white head. Aroma is pretty neutral, with some toasted nuts and gentle bready malt character. Flavour is really dull, with herbal notes and an earthy bready malt character. Pointless beer.

Touch of butter and light hops. Clear gold with a decent white head. Touch of citrus peel and a dry bitter finish. I detected a bit of butter, but it disappeared as I drank it.
