A slight haze, golden colour with a white head, decent stay and some creamyish lacing all-around. A nice cereal grain malt nose with some peppery heat. The taste starts up as a Kölsch with the maltiness, and then some slow burning heat appears in the finish. A blend of spicy Pils malt seems to blend things nicely. Quite an interesting Blonde with the heat of peppers lingering.

A lightly hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, biscuit malt with grassy hops, light green pepper, OK. In mouth, biscuit malt with grassy hops, light hot pepper, OK.

A very slight haze, golden colour with an amber hue, a white cap and some soapy lacing. The balance of fruity-spicy aromas with the juniper, ginger, lemon and habanero is quite nice in the nose. A wet mouthfeel with that building heat in the finish, blending with the mild dryness. Again, nicely done in the flavours with the juniper-citrus notes, and on the other side, spicy ginger-habanero. Quite an interesting spicy Gose with good fruitiness-sourness to balance things, but end up quite heated on the tongue.

355ml can. Misty amber-orange body, lacing rings from a slowly diminishing off-white head. Inviting on the nose with toffee and ripe fruit. Fine balanced flavours, impacts of toffee, caramel, apricot, nuts and dough. Lingering end warming down the swallow. Solid stuff, enjoyed at home on a Friday afternoon. (Tromsø, 12.06.2026).

Dark brown. Thin head. Has some toasty notes, medium body, touch of alcohol, with a crackery note. It's decent, but could do with more body and more complexity. Not bad - the roasty character comes through well and is the focal point of the beer.

355mL can, pours a deep dark burgundy with a small tan head. Nose is full of roasted malt, bitter black liquorice, and bitter cocoa. Flavour is extremely bitter and roasty, with intense roasted malt and hoppy bitterness in rather jagged balance. Nice roast and bitterness, but the integration could be better. Decent.

Poured from 355mL can. Near black with small beige head. Medium roast, light hops, could use more balance, okay.
