Bottle from Morrisons. Clear gold, small white head, modest retention. Aroma of creamy grains, sweetness, lemony hop. Taste is quite malty, sweet and biscuit noted with a grassy, zesty and pine moderate bitter finish. Medium bodied, quite full for a lager. Mismatch between aroma and taste. Very hood lager though.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear gold with a moderate sized white head, leaves a nice consistent top Aroma is quite floral with notes of citrus and a grainy and biscuit like malt base. Taste has a mellow orange hop note, peach, light tanginess, rich tea biscuit, some resin, mild dryness. Body is light and refreshing, soft to zingy carbonation. A solid beer from a solid brewery.
