On tap at Four Mile, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of butterscotch and English bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines: loads of butterscotch (not quite diacetyl) and bready English malt. Decent enough, but not a skilled beer. Not too interesting.

On tap at Four Mile, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out somewhat stale biscuity malt, not a whole lot else. Flavour is less stale, with biscuity malt, and some light cereal notes. Clean enough, but not exciting at all. Meh.

Draft - Lighttangerine and malts. Clear gold with a decent off white head. Tangerine and pale malts. Not as artificial and sweet as expected.

On tap at VCBW Festival 2016, pours a cloudy orange amber it's a medium off-white head. Aroma brings out a lot of grapefruit notes and citrus hops. Flavour is extremely grapefruity with a pretty high ascorbic astringency. Don't really get any cactus, just heaps of grapefruit pithiness. Meh.

On tap at VCBW Festival 2016, pours a hazy copper with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out piney hops and diacetyl. Flavour brings out lots of diacetyl, light pine, and biscuity malt. Too much of an infection here to be good, though not disastrous. Meh.

On tap at VCBW Festival 2016, pours a hazy dark reddish brown with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and a slight vegetal quality. Flavour is pretty much the same, with toasted malt and an off-putting vegetal, herbal quality. Pretty shit brown ale.

Light peat smoke and decent body. Pours dark hazy brown with ok head. Light tangy finish. Not bad, especially for style. Tap at brewpub.
