Can - Light citrus and a touch of sweetness. Clearish gold with a frothy small white head. Light citrus and sweet pale malts with a touch of rind in the finish. Not bad for a blond.

Bottle sampled at Firefly, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite malty, with cereal notes and light stale hopping. Flavour brings out cereal malts and light toasted caramel. Barely any hop quality here. Dull and rather lifeless on the carbonation. Meh.

On tap. Pours a hazy gold with a small, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet, floral aroma of citrus, biscuit and grain. Sweet flavour of citrus, grain, honey and butter with a crisp, clean, grassy hop finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation.

On tap. Pours an opaque black, with a large, frothy, long lasting, brown head, that leaves plenty of lacing. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate and coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, dark chocolate and soy sauce with a bitter coffee finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation.

Muddy dull brown. Has a sweet, artificial character with a chocolate taste. Sickly, unbalanced, why bother sort of beer.

650ml bomber found in a very random BC liquor store (Stewart. Look it up). Pours with soda po phead and a mountain dew kinda yellow body. The aroma is of a wet fart in a burlap sack, with a hint of raw onion. Also some Mcdonald’s ketchup on the nose. Flavour is a lot of grapefruit and mango, soft sourness. Okay tasting, medium on the mouth. Lots missing from this one, needs a total overhaul and maybe it could be a star.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Hazy golden color. Very light aroma of malt and coffee. Good body strength, with moderate sweetness; it has some malt flavor, some coffee, not too strong, but the final is a bit ashy, and with vegetable bitterness. Warming alcohol.
Not a bad beer, but I wouldn’t drink it again.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of vanilla and white chocolate. Flavour is very sweet, with notes of vanilla and some miscellaneous spiciness upfront, followed by white chocolate. Interesting beer. Well-balanced for what it is, just not a big fan of this. Had way better "white stouts".
