Hazy blonde. Thin head. Has a lot of coriander, white pepper, sweet palate, more coriander. Basic coriander saison, not much actual chai character but not bad base beer.

Medium brown, toasty, light, bit of chocplate...easy drinking porter, not bad, though not exactly thought-provoking either.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Dark brown color, almost black, with shiny mahogany hue, and creamy beige head. Mild aroma and flavor of dark bread, with hints of chocolate, light residual sweetness, low bitterness, light roasted nuts in the final, and light fruity esters.
Clean and pleasant.

On tap at Britannia Restaurant, pours a dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and subdued dry cocoa. Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted malt and hints of cocoa. Weak and underwhelming, even for the style. Okay, but missing oomph.

On tap at Britannia Restaurant, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt, light piney hopping and traces of diacetyl. Flavour is along the same lines, with subdued piney and citrus hopping, and biscuity malt. Maybe a hint of the aforementioned butter, but not too bad.
