Can from the Winter mixer pack. Clear very dark mahogany with a large frothy dark khaki head that leaves some sparse lace. Nose has some molasses, ginger bread and dark roast. Flavour is much closer to a cola than ginger bread. Medium- cola syrup sweetness with a a light+ roasted coffee bitterness. Mouth is quite thin with soft carbonation. 7-/4/5/2+/11

Can: Poured an amber color lager with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt notes with some citrus and resinous hops notes. Taste is a mix of sweet caramelized hops notes with some light citrus/resinous hops notes. Body is light with good carbonation. Standard hoppy amber ale. Refreshing but nothing to write home about.

Lightly unfiltered starting clean with lots of tiny transparent particles floating around. Becomes a tad hazy at last pour. A bright, light-golden colour with a big white frothy head, long lasting and leaving thicker foamy lacing. Cereal aromas with some herbal notes. The cereals continue in the taste with a light dry finish. Some apples, mild herbs linger. Quite a nice light lager that is crisp, refreshing and full of real ingredients.

Very lightly hazed by very tiny particles, golden colour with a big nitro-creamy off-white head, very long lasting with some nice creamy lacing. Rich, sweet nose with chocolate-vanilla and a touch of coffee. Smooth, lightly oily mouthfeel with a tad building dryness. The flavours are sweet, but not as rich as the nose. A nice mocha taste with the coffee and chocolate, with the herbal hops blending things. A decent, very smooth nitro mocha brew.

This stout poured a cloudy, medium yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include vanilla, chocolate, marshmallows, icing sugar and light coffee in the background. First swig was smooth, creamy and sweeter. Thicker mouthfeel with flavours of cocoa, marshmallow and coffee. Finish is creamy with mocha flavours lingering forever.

Written 2019 on cork, 750ml Champagne bottle with cage and foil. Very dark brown colour with hardly ruby highlights, a mocha-coloured creamy head, good retention and some patches of foam lacing. Roasted malt aroma base with molasses, mild dark fruits, some wood and herbal-licorice notes. Lots of decent bitterness in the taste, with a nice dry finish, so not too rich, nor sweet. Feels like the mouthfeel is actually pretty thin for the style. Was not expecting this much hops in this one. Some warming in the end which is great for winter, after shovelling. A good dry, bitter strong dark beer, boozy as a winter warmer.

This black lager poured just that. Deep black colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include vanilla, mocha, cocoa and a little coffee. First swig was delicious and not as sweet as expected with flavours of roasted malts, vanilla, chocolate, molasses and coffee. Finish is slightly sweet with roasted, coffee vanilla flavours lingering.
