Shared bottle. Slight hazy deep red with barely any head. Lots of very nice funk on the nose. Aroma has lots of red fruits with red berries, cherries, raspberries and elderberries. Also some hay, horse blanket and yoghurt, but much less then on the nose. Light to medium sweet with light tartness and light bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Overall a bit undercarbonated and quite sweet but a very good fruit lambic.

Bottle at the Cads 10th Anniversary bash, thanks to Matteo, 29/03/15. Hazed cherry red topped with a moderate off white swirl. Nose is tarte cherry, jammy berry sherbets, straw, raspberry jam, light apple core. Taste comprises raspberry syrup, damp straw, light funk, tarte cherry skins, red berry mash. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tarte berry and light puckerings in the close. Decent enough fruit lambic.

330ml bottle. Pours dark brown with a small oliy head. Slightly roasty and sweet aroma. Resin taste, hints of liquorice, roast notes. Lacks the final punch to make it more than "just" a good beer.

Bottle shared. Pours hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of citrus, floral hops, fruit and some sweet malt behind. Flavor is light moderate sweet and over moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation: fairly decent, but not enough to warrant the high ABV

Small pink head over hazy cardinal-red beer. Intense red cherry nose, very fruity; some toasted waffle syrup. Gorgeous red fruit flavour, perfumey raspberry, sour cherries, sweet-sour (indeed) salad dressing with herbs. Finish has, however, some cherry sweets flavour. Again on the edge of dry fruitacids and sticky fruitsyrup. Medium bodied, feels reasonably carbonated. Impressive, despite the strange sweet streak - wonder how they did it.
