Purchased can at Metro Plus in St-Jérome, QC. Pours a slightly hazy amber colour with a creamy-frothy off-white head, great retention and lots of lacing. Aromas of red apples and mild caramel malts in the background. The taste seems a little infected with some light sourness. Does not stay long (only in the start of mouth), but not much is left after that. Watery flavours with very mild fruity malts and not much else. Also some bad hops in the finish. Second brew from this brewery, and not much to say positive about them.

Purchased at Metro Plus in St-Jerome, QC. Pours a clean deep amber colour with a huge frothy beige cap that fluffs away slowly and leaves dirty lacing. Aromas of apples, caramel malts and rusty water. The taste is mostly caramel with very watery roasted malts. Hints of nuts. Pretty watery overall. Seems like a under 3% ABV. brew. An average session, lacking a little body. Seems like someone first try at an ESB at home. Drinkable, but bland.

Can, 473 ml, savoured on December 11 2014; eye: straw, lightly hazy, slight effervescence, voluminous white head that turns into a tiny sheet, light lacing; nose: citrusy, light herbs; mouth: citrusy, light herbs, light acidity, slight pear, citrusy finale with presence of herbs, light body, rather carbonated, slick texture; overall: correct FRANÇAIS Canette, 473 ml, 4,6 %, savourée le 11 décembre 2014; œil : paille, légèrement voilée, très légère effervescence, volumineuse blanche qui se transforme en une mince couche, dentelle légère; nez : citrique, léger herbes; bouche : citrique, léger herbes, légère acidité, très léger poire, finale citrique avec présence d’herbes, corps léger, plutôt carbonatée, texture coulante; en résumé : correct

Can: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a nice white foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of field berries is pretty intense with some wheat malt notes and residuals sugar notes also noticeable. Taste is an intense mix of field berries with some wheat malt notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. I really enjoyed the mix here but I can see why some people might view this as overly intense.

A reddish brown ale witha thin mocha head. In aroma, a smooth peated malt with sweet caramel, fruity, veering on Belgian. In mouth, sweet fruity caramel with peated notes, a bit of boiled veggies.

Tasted from a can that a friend brought to me and that he just bought cold from our favorite beer retailer. I dont know if it’s a missed batch or if the beer got rotten in any way, but this beer smells and taste awfull. The first aroma I got (if you can call that an aroma) was the smell of a stink foot. Appearance was hazy pale straw with flat body and tiny fizzy diminishing head. The taste was a mix of acidity and rotten cheese. It realy tasted like a stinky damp sock. It does’nt motivate me to buy any other products from this brewery. Unless they tell me it was a missed batch and do a recall.

Some graininess and metallic tinges. Very mute at first. Mild coffee bitterness and some dark fruit come out but it's a stretch.
