On tap at Chuck's Hop Shop - Seward Park, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle, tropical hop notes a la Mosaic, with a crisp biscuity malt base. Flavour is bright and dry, with lots of tropical hops, bone dry biscuity malt, and some toasted notes. Piney, tropical, grainy, crisp finish. Nicely made.

Thanks Pisano for sharing! Wine glass showing turbid pale gold with a finger of clean white foam.
The nose shows moderately intense notes of mango and guava.
The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Clean and light mango and guava with a strong adzuki malt backbone with no bitterness.

Can from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a moderate white head. Aroma is floral/earthy. Med body. It's dry and moderately bitter. Flavor is floral/earth/citrus with a very light spice note. Almost crisp tho it's not a lager. Nice flavor.

2023 March Madness victory beer. 37 days, and crossed the finish line with this classic IPA, baseball themed before the baseball game. Of course. Somewhat cloudy copper pour. Patchy head. Resinous piney hops jump our as a headliner, and doesn't leave. Sharp and bitter brew. Borderline intense for this less than imperial, but maybe I've become used to the intensity lacking NAs. Flavorful and strong in all the right places. Nice biscuit grain background. Solid IPA.

On tap at Chuck's CD, pours a cloudy dark amber red with a small beige head. Aroma brings out gentle, subdued, tart, jammy berries — not much else. Flavour is dry, with fermented out berries, some spiciness, and a hint of salt. Not the most invigorating of goses but it's decent enough. Meh.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy peachy golden with a small white head -- did this become a fucking hazy? Aroma brings out lots of pithy stone fruit, candied malt, and some citrus hops. Flavour seems more WC-style, with lots of sweet candied malts, citrus hops, stone fruit pith, and some resins. The hops are nice, but that big malt bill could be dialed down a bit. It's well-structured and very easy drinking for an imperial. Good. (It took me 7 years, but now your comments are wrong, Andrew and Eugene!)

16 oz can, gifted by M. Thanks! Picked the least winter feeling day in months to crack this. A nice, bold and balanced brew. Lots of toasty malts, with a soft rich side. Hop profile brings out a little citrus. Hops are quite impressionable, and I'd go as far as to call this a red IPA. Long lingering palate. Warming, but remains sessionable in strength. Very nice.

16 oz can poured, gifted by M. Thanks! Perfect beer to pair with early day football kickoffs. Clean and clear golden pour that is shining brighter in this unexpected January sun. Crisp first sip, clean, with cracker pils grains and a touch of grass. Cool, crisp, refreshing finish. It's what I look for in the style. Solid.

Can from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a large creamy white head. Aroma of clove/spice with a banana note. Med body. Flavor is very clove/spice with substantial banana. Wheat in support. Dryish. Clove subs for bitter. Nailed the style IMHO.
