Bottled (from Alko Web). Pinkish orange colour with a lively big head, which vanishes quite fast. Aroma is overripe apples, mild apple skins and some sweet fructose tones. Flavour is overripe apples, some green apple skins as well as some mild wooden tones. Somewhat dry palate. Very smooth. Tonguetickling carbonation.

Bottle at Aswarby Rectory, Aswarby. Passed around after the prosecco. Not as good as the usual Norman stuff - bit more soily but nonehtless nice. Stunning orange gold colour.

Bottle. Clear golden. Sweet pear drops, sweet apple, apple pie, soft dry cider pears. Very aromatic, medium sweet, light sour. Medium bodied, very light dry finish. Meh.

Clear, champagne colour with no head. Light and mild tasting. Light sweetness. Light tang in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Clear amber color with white head. Aroma is red apples, custard, good fruitiness. Taste is juicy red apples, mineraly, mild leather, quite dry in the back, but super juicy too. Good fizz. A bit simple, but very tasty!

(Can) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with red apples, orange peel, hay and flowers. Fruity taste with notes of red apples, orange and hay. Balanced acidity. Medium body, mainly dry. Tasty and refreshing, but hardly exciting. Quite nice.

Straw blond colour with lasting thin head and fine carbonation. Really strong perfumed apple aroma. Good balance of sweet and sharp. A real thirst quencher.
