Description

330ml bottle pours out hazy golden topped with a fizzy sand head. Nose is great big sweet pear notes and some tartness. Taste is more of the nice sweet tart pear notes.

Bottled (from Alko Web). Pinkish orange colour with a lively big head, which vanishes quite fast. Aroma is overripe apples, mild apple skins and some sweet fructose tones. Flavour is overripe apples, some green apple skins as well as some mild wooden tones. Somewhat dry palate. Very smooth. Tonguetickling carbonation.

Bottle at Aswarby Rectory, Aswarby. Passed around after the prosecco. Not as good as the usual Norman stuff - bit more soily but nonehtless nice. Stunning orange gold colour.
