Talking beer with the staff they gave us samples of stuff we hadn’t ordered yet. This Collab with Brasseurs du monde was a clear brassy gold, had a perfumey floral aroma and was crisp, clean and tasty. 3.4-5

Orange tinged gold with a creamy beige head. Great candyish fruity hop bouquet with a delicious flavor of crisp light malts and deep juicy hops. Really tasty. 3.7

Pitch black, creamy beige head with an intense coffee aroma, roasty, nutty goodness. Medium to light bodied with a dry crisp finish. The taste is luxurious coffee, roasty, sweet and smooth. Delicious.

Tap at Sant-Bock where the Boswell brewer used to work. Boswell West Coast Double IPA 7% A lovely honey gold with an aroma redolent of weed and citrus. Medium to light bodied with a prickly pear, pine and sweet citrus flavor. Very nice and drinkable.

En fût au brouepub. Couleur jaune paille pâle légèrement voilée, mousse blanche laissant une dentelle éparse. Arôme de houblon herbal, malt, citron. Goût de houblon herbal, malt craquant, amertume moyenne toute en longueur. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen, crémeuse.
