Tasting at SF’s
Dark amber color, hazy. The aroma is a bit soapy and metallic, some caramel, light cheese; not bad, but weird. The body is lean, moderate sweetness, nice biscuity caramel base, a bit too much booze, some Bourbon.
Not too complex, but it’s a quite good beer.

Unfiltered, cloudy golden-orange colour with a big, creamy, very long lasting head with loads of thick, foamy lacing. Beautiful aromas of tropical fruits with sweet yeast and some pine notes. Flavours from the hops with some good bitterness and dry finish. Fruity orange juices in the background with hints of cereal malts. A very bitter-dry Session IPA that is pretty good overall.

Slightly unfiltered, golden light-coloured, nice warm cap, good stay, creamy and beautiful lacing. Fresh hop smell with floral notes, citrus and some grains. The taste has some bitterness, but not too crazy and not as dry, so kind of refreshing Pale Ale. Mild tart in the mouthfeel. This is quite the nice crafted Pale Ale.

650mL bottle, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bourbon barrels, caramel, toffee, and brown sugar. Flavour is very similar, with heavy bourbon barrels, lots of sweet caramel and brown sugar. Very sweet, but not too cloying. Very nicely made.
