A hazed blonde yellow lager with a thin white head. In aroma, beautiful fruity citrusy hops with kiwi and tropical fruits, grassy malt, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with floral citrusy hops, tropical fruit, very good. On tap at Bières et Saveurs 2014.

En fût au Brew Pub. Les houblons ressortent beaucoup en olfactif avec des notes de résine, de sapinage. Également beaucoup d’agrumes, du pamplemousse, du citron. Nez typique. Le visuel est doré / ambré avec une mousse superbe et une dentelle magnifique; preuve d’une fraicheur assurée. On sent tout de suite en entrée de bouche le houblonnage à cru avec de belles notes de gazon et de la résine de sapin en abondance. Un petit sucre se dégage également avec des notes de caramel. Beaucoup d’agrumes également. Une bonne IPA, dans la pure tradition des IPA américaines. D’une fraicheur absolue également.

A lightly hazed orange amber Dipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with piney and floral hops, citrus pulp, barley candy, nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with smooth piney hops, clover, alcohol warmth, well done. On tap at brewery.

A hazed golden wit with a thin white head. In aroma, nice mix of banana and cloves, strawberry, Belgian hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with grassy hops, cloves, light ginger, well done. On tap at brewery.
