A lightly hazed blonde Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light lemon notes, a bit of Epsom salts, OK. In mouth, a light Weisse with light fruity notes, lemon, a bit light on the acidity. OK. On tap at brewery.

A hazed reddish amber ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, pleasant mix of caramel malt with artisan bacon, maple notes, Smoked herring, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with loads of boggy peated malt, bacon, Smoked ham, interesting and still quaffable. On tap at brewery.

En fût au brouepub (Bilboquet). Couleur jaune dorée translucide, mousse blanche laissant une fine dentelle. Arôme de malt pâle, houblon léger, fruits jaunes. Goût de houblon (saaz?), malt, pomme jaune, bonne amertume. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.
