On tap at Cigar City Cider & Mead, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a rather artificial peach character with subdued apples. Flavour tastes like peach Snapple, with moderate sweetness and a touch of apples. Inelegant but tasty.

On tap at Cigar City Cider & Mead, pours a clear pale blonde, almost no head. Aroma is loaded with crisp apple core and fairly dry apple skins. Flavour is along the same lines, with rotting apple core dominating. Ugh, I don't get the ratings here. Not too pleasing.

On tap at Cigar City Cider & Mead, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of elderflower and a touch of cactus. Flavour is dominated by the elderflower, with a touch of herbal crunch from the cactus. Sweet and floral. Not good.

On tap at Cigar City Cider & Mead, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of crisp melons, with fairly dry crisp apple skins. Flavour is medium sweet, with lots of fresh honeydew upfront, and some crisp apple skins. Sweet and balanced well. Solid.

On tap at Cigar City Cider & Mead, pours a hazy blonde with a tiny head. Aroma brings out sweet melons and crisp cucumber, with gentle apples. Flavour is loaded with fresh melons upfront, with a nice crisp cucumber character and moderate sweetness. Nothing complex, but just a real nice fruit juice-like cider. Good stuff.

On tap at Cigar City Cider & Mead, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is extremely sweet, with sweet apple pie and artificial sweetness. Flavour is very sweet, with sweet apple pie, a touch of cinnamon and toffee. Very sweet and without much depth, but it's very drinkable. Meh.

Draft sample @ CCB Cider and Mead. Paille, pas de col. Arôme au bouquet marqué de banane, le tout sentant les extraits, quasi pas de fraises, le coté cidre est plus caché. Palais ets haut en effervescence, pomme crisp, acerbe avec une douceur de banane qui revient en retrait, encore une fois, peu de fraise et un fini banane tirant sur le surfait.

Draft @ CCB Cider & Mead. Couleur pomme chair, huileux dorée au verre. Arôme offre un bouquet fermenté mielleux et un effet d'agave donnant une effluve différente, le côté piment reste modeste. Palais est léger mielleux, avec pas mal d'apport des habaneros, douceur de l'agave assez unique, chaleur du piment revient en rétro sans être surfaite - selon les palais, le tout reste cependant un peu moyen et en dessous de ce que j'attendais de CCB.
