Draft @ CCB Cider & Mead. Couleur pomme chair, huileux dorée au verre. Arôme offre un bouquet fermenté mielleux et un effet d'agave donnant une effluve différente, le côté piment reste modeste. Palais est léger mielleux, avec pas mal d'apport des habaneros, douceur de l'agave assez unique, chaleur du piment revient en rétro sans être surfaite - selon les palais, le tout reste cependant un peu moyen et en dessous de ce que j'attendais de CCB.

Draft @ Cajun Café on the Bayou. Paille doré; pas de col. Arôme de tarte au pomme, quoi de plus, note de fines effluves acerbes de pommes vertes, sucre brun caramélisé. Palais est crisp, apple cobbler, tarte au pomme de grand-mère avec un petit côté de cannelle, et un fini apple crunch vert rafraichissant. Usage d'extracts pour le caramel?

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 4, 02/05/2015. Reddish pink with a fast collapsing head. Nose is red berries, honey, sweet licks, caramel. Taste comprises berry jam, honey, sweet licks, raspberries, perfume. Full bodied, oily cloying feel, warming alcohol in the close. So so.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 4, 02/05/2015. Clear golden with no head. Nose is as the name suggests ... big blast of peaches and cream, swet note, apricot hint, straw. Taste comprises peach melba, caramel, peach and apricot yoghurt, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok fun cider but to sweet to drink a lot of.

Single from New Beer Distributors. Tulip pour. Clear, pale, Heineken-esque. Yeasty, estery, table wine scent. Taste is bittersweet & medicinal upfront. Apple juice, leafy greens, green apple tartness, that last sip of flat beer, sulfites. Mild carbonation Dry, grainy finish. Generic six pack stuff. Better then some.
