Draft. A yellow drink with no head. The aroma has notes of apples and blackcurrant. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, and blackcurrant, leading to a dry finish.Pours clear and golden orange with no head. Aroma is dry, wineous and honey. Mild citric and honey fruity. Dry and wineous finish.

Pours a very pale yellow from a tap. Aroma is of spiced apples and vanilla, flavor similar, quite like apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. A sample pour, don’t know if I could drink an entire pint, but still a good cider.

On tap at Hunah Day. Pours golden with no head. The aroma is strong cherry skin, honey, vanilla, spice. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, nice tartness, crisp, very good.

Draught@CBC2015. Yellow colour with no head. Aroma is honey, some apples, mild floral, kind of sprucelike notes along with mild earth. Flavour is sweet honey, some apples, mild acidic notes, but still rather sweet. Kind of peaches’n’apples in the finish.

Draught@CBC2015. Yellowish golden colour with no head. Aroma is caramel, some apples and mild strange sweetness to it. Flavour is apples, some caramel, mild tartness as well. I’m not sure why, but this felt a bit artificial.

Aroma is moderate pear - apple, champagnebrus is, apple, melon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, champagnebrus is, pear, apple, melon, grapes, floral notes.
