On Tap at Growler Guys Meridian. Clear very faint pale rose’ color. A quick wisly white head settling to a thin ring. Subtle is the word here. Very faint berry aroma and flavors. Very light and dry lager base. A bit under hopped, even considering the huckleberries are intended to come though. Light summer beer.

Draft pour pint at The Collective. Oily golden pour with a cream foam head. Near absent malt aroma. Spice mlt up front with a good hop addition. Clean flavor. Low bitter. Easy drinking. Slightly better than my expectations for an IPL. Good stuff.

On tap at Mai Thai. Not quite black, but a very dark brown. Thin creamy beige head, lots of lacing. Mild roast malt aroma. Taste adds a touch of sweetness to take the edge off of the bitterness, making this exceptionally smooth. Creamy mouth feel.

Tasting at Matt’s, silver wax, bottle 737/1000
Dark amber color, small head. Mild bourbon aroma, candy, light fruity esters; sweetish, caramel flavor, but also an unreasonable amount of vegetables.
Not pleasant.
