Light bronze colour. Earthy aroma of either EKG or Fuggles (four months in Asia and you can’t figure out hops to save your life!), with caramelly, earthy malt. Earthy palate - good balance of caramelly, lightly bready malts and bitter, earthy English hops. Well-made but comes off a little bit light.

Light copper colour. Faint aroma has a hint of caramel, bread crust. Palate is strongly toasty, slightly metallic. Body is thin. Finish is crackerlike.

Cloudy amber,no head.Lightly spiced malt nose.Light malt and coriander flavor.Medium finish. The brewmaster says he is trying to appeal to the movie going crowd ,so this is basically a transition beer

This one was a tough one. It had such a mixture of flavors it was hard to isolate them. Cloudy brown color with off white head. Lightly spiced citrus and carmel nose. Flavor initially was citrus (lime) and changed to spice (cinnamon) with a hint of raisins. Nothing but cranberries and cinnamon? hmmm

Milky dark chestnut colour...way too much yeast in the pour, guys! Aroma of toast and dark chocolate. Smooth body. Toasty flavours, slight nuttiness. Pleasant.

Dark chestnut brown colour. Roasty aroma with chocolate, maybe a slight spiciness. Light body, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have quality malt character - a hint of roast, lots of milk chocolate, almonds and a hint of cream. Another beer for the great stout/porter debate.

Straw-bronze colour. Husky bread notes. Lightly hopped, but with some tangy pale malts reminiscent of buttermilk biscuits. Slight citrusy esters (lime) towards the sweetish finish.

Amber with light tan head.Fruity hop nose, mild hop flavor with brief finish.Lacking in hops for the type of pale I am accustomed to. An easy drinking session beer
