Fresh can at the crown and beaver in North Bay. Clear yellow pour, small white head. Aroma is very very grassy, and slightly floral with great cereals in the nose also. A nice classic bohemian pils Aroma. Crisp, clear mouth feel and body with a good carb. Finish is dry, and a little more hitter than expected with hints of wet paper along with more nice grassy green hops. Quite nice.

Can at the crown and beaver in North Bay. Malty, caramel, light toffee, lots of pine resins and light candied citrus peel. Mouth feel and carb are solid. Finish is very hitter, loads of pine.... Old school ipa. Not bad, but not great either.

Their Cream Ale is now called Chillin and Grillin - pouring a clean, mild golden-yellow colour with a frothy-bubbly cap, average stay, but nice sticky lacing. Gets a touch hazy near the last pour. Fresh hoppy aromas with herbal notes over a light cereal malt base. Citrus flavours, like lemon sourness - which is a little weird for the style. It also does not list corn in the ingredients, so not sure why called a Cream Ale. Seems more like a refreshing Pilsner, with a tad spicy-grassiness.

Clean amber-red colour, fairly deep with a big creamy beige head, very good retention and left is nice lacing. Nutty, fruity malt aromas with apples and hints of roasted malts. Wet, lightly crisp mouthfeel, so refreshing, with a touch of dryness in the end. Lightly bodied, so not syrupy with enough hops in the mouth. Malted barley base and everything is quite nice for a traditional red ale.
