Taster at the brewpub, Toronto. Slightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- yeasty sour, malt, floral. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, herbal, malt. Medium bodied. Somewhat unclean.

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee, light chocolate powder, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, molasses, plums, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A hazed golden ale with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lemon, light tropical fruits, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light kiwi, tropical fruit, light Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A hazed pink ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light all spice, nice. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light all spice, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A hazed yellow ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light grassy citrusy hops, light mineral notes, light tropical fruits, ok. On tap at Crazy Hazy event at Kichesippi Beer.

On tap at Mascot, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of weedy, dank hops, some resins, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp and assertive, with lots of piney hops, weedy dank notes, some citrus tang, and a bit of alcohol. Dank, weedy, citrusy and piney. Excellent.

On tap at Mascot, pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma is full of woody, roasted malt, piney hop bitterness, and some bitter dry cocoa. Flavour is more forceful, with medium roast, bitter dry cocoa, and a touch of hoppy bitterness. Roasty and sturdy palate. Good stuff.

On tap at Mascot, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out dry hopping, straw and soft bready malt. Flavour is laid back and clean, but uninspiring, with some grassy notes, biscuity malt and straw. Underwhelming but clean enough. Okay.

On tap at Mascot, pours a clear pale blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out vibrant grassy hops, some spiciness, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is crisp and biting, with grassy hops, light spiciness, and crisp crackery malt. Biting, crisp, grassy, but could use more hoppy bitterness. Clean and highly drinkable. Good.

This sour poured a light yellow colour with a creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include creamsicle, citrus and hay. First swig was nice and mildly sour. Flavours of sour orange candy, grains and malt with a chalky mouthfeel. Finish is smooth with fruity flavours lingering.
