Clear copper pour, small white head. Solid cereals, quite nutty, a little roast, with a touch of grassy hops. Perfect mouth feel, and carb. Wonderful nutty finish, with more medium bitter malts. Quite refreshing, and a super sesssion ale.

Cask days 2011.
Good amber/golden color. Very little aroma here, light pine, light citrus. There really isnt much more here. Quite a malty bill, lots of pale malts. I remember thinking maybe they poured me the wrong pint, but i made sure. Where were the hops? It was quite bitter, makes me wonder if they just used bittering hops, not aromatics.

Cask days 2011.
Good amber pour, light white bubbly head.
Very light hopping, a little piney, some resins. Nice malt profile, good grains, cereals. Medium bitter finish. A great session beer. Nothing out of this world, but i really enjoyed it. Reminded me alot of what alot of macro breweries try to brew and miss the mark. A drinkable mainstream ale.

6er from the LCBO.
ligth amber pour, small white head.
nose is all cereal, breads, and light toasted malts, pretty basic. light mouth feel, solid carb. No hops to speak of, unoffensive light bitter finish. another beer that would be an alternative for someone moving into craft beer.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a pale straw color with a large foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet apple juice, pear and wood. The flavor was dryish and a bit woody with pear, apple flesh and a hint of apple juice. Medium length finish. Medium body.

Pours an unfiltered with some floating particles, golden-orange colour with a white top, average retention and some good lace. Aromas of grainy malts, caramel ones and some decent hops. A lot of the same for the taste with some sweetness from the caramel malts. An easy-drinking Pale Ale.

Can from the brewery. Pours a real dark brown colour with very little ruby highlights. Big frothy mocha-coloured head, good stay and lots of foamy lace. Roasted and chocolate malt nose with hints of coffee, even some hops. The mouthfeel has some bitterness, but wet overall, with some dryness eventually appearing in the far finish. Cocoa powder flavours with the roasted malt. A little more bitter than most stouts with lots of the burnt malts. Better than their Wheat one I had last night.
