500ml bottle from the brewery. Distinct Belgian yeast Aroma with a dubbel style dry metallic flavour mixed with paper and dried fruit. Subtle spice, light roast, silky mouth feel. Sharp finish, rye is upfront at the end with alot of roast, and light grass. Interesting beer..

Dark brown pour, big beige head. Spicy Aroma, boozy, sweet malts. Toffee, caramel, sherry and dark rope fruit. Subtle fuggles, light spice, skunky greens. Lightly bitter, lots of bready sweet malts with hints if UK hops. Not bad, not great, but very drinkable.

Dark brown pour, with reddish hues, and a large off white head. Aroma a is very malty, sweet, subtle grains and no hops. Mouth feel, and carb are soft, but nice. Finish is lightly bitter, malty, semi sweet, light grass and some metal. Meh.

Hazy Copper pour with alot of floaters and a big beige head. Aroma is very bready and yeasty, with alot of cereals. The hops are resinous, and slightly citric but overall quite faint. Soft carb, nice mouthfeel. Quite bitter, finishes very leafy, and green with some strong pine.

Sweet roasted grain, light grassy hops, crisp and quenching. A nice blonde ale, nothing spectacular, but quite decent. Exactly what you’d expect our of a blonde ale. Easy drinking and clean.

Murky brown pour, medium Beige head. Sweet bready malts, toffee, grassy hops. Medium bitterness, more sweet grains, and cereals. Pretty basic, good drinkability. Basically a malty brown ale, honey is a gimmick.

This saison poured a medium, cloudy amber colour with a creamy white head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, dough and a little honey. First swig had a nice, minimal carbonation to it. Flavours of ripe fruit, a little perm solution and slightly sweet. Finish is ripe fruit with a little hoppy bitterness lingering.

This imp Brown poured a clear, deep amber colour with a soapy, light tan head. Minimal lacing. Scents include sweet caramel, gravy and alcohol. First swig was watery but nice a full of caramel malt flavours. Other flavours of alcohol and a bit of wine. That may be just the higher alcohol content. Finish is lightly sweet with malty caramel flavours lingering.
