A tropical fruitiness enhances the aroma with a good malted base. The visual is golden, very slightly veiled with a superb dense and tenacious foam. Taste is subtly fruity at first, and develops a frank bitterness afterwards. Notes of mango, lychee, on a malted base with accents of subtly honeyed cereals, with an earthy and resinous finish. Very well balanced. The corpulence is medium with a soft effervescence and a slight astringency in the finish. Very nice. A:6.8 A:5.0 T:7.7 M:3.65 O:15.9 T:39.05

Can from the LCBO. Cloudy medium gold with a medium sized cream coloured head that leaves some stringy lace. Nose is grass, pine, pineapple, stone fruit, light pepper, cedar, mango and some light bread. Light fruity sweetness with a medium bitterness of pine grass and tropical fruit. Mouth is medium with average carbonation and a bitter finish. 8-/3+/7/3+/15-

Golden-amber colour, clear at first pour with a creamy warm cap, good stay and some touches of creamy lacing. Tropical fruits, oranges and mild grassy hops for aromas. The mouthfeel is a nice building dryness. The flavours show a little fruitiness, hints of caramel, but with the hoppiness coming on strong in the end creating bitterness. Gets mildly hazy at last pour. If you are into citrus zest, this is for you.

Can that pours a very slightly hazed golden colour with a frothy-creamy off-white warm cap, decent and leaving some good foamy lacing. Malty cereal nose at first with some light hops that do show up after breathing. The taste is malty, but the hops to come and add some nice dryness to not be syrupy or thick. This could definitely be a nice lager that could be enjoyed cold.

Pours a real dark brown with hardly any copper highlights. The head is warm, mocha-coloured with very good retention, leaving some nice lacing. The aromas are kind of off, as hops are the most dominant. Grassy, minty over the roasted malt base. These hops do carry on into the taste, and really cover the vanilla, oatmeal smoothness. Yeah, no mention of being overhopped in the description, but it is. Not bad, but was expecting more richness from the title. Alright with this, but should mention somewhere the hops are stronger in this style.

This pale ale poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, light tan head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, malt and a little ripe fruit. First swig was smooth and so malty. Light hop bitterness lingering with caramel flavour.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, brown head. Minimal lacing. Scents include coffee, cocoa, vanilla and a little smoke. First swig was creamy and delicious with flavours of smoke, light coffee, light vanilla and a hint of cocoa. Finish is smokey and rich with burnt malt flavours lingering.

Slightly unfiltered golden colour with a nice creamy warm light beige-yellow head, good retention and beautiful lacing. Very nice berry nose with the smooth strawberries and light sweetness. The taste shows the fruitiness, but with nice bitterness from the hops. Not as juicy as expected, but a nice bitter strawberry IPA. Gets hazy at last pour with particles floating around. Very well-brewed.

Slightly hazy, golden-yellow colour with a frothy off-white, warm cap, good retention and creamy lacing streaks. Very citrusy nose with orange and lemon peel, and a bit of their juices. Mild caramel malt in the background. Orangy highlights. Same lovely citrus notes in the flavours. Lighter mouthfeel, yet still somewhat juicy, for a lower alcohol content. Decent dryness in the finish with a shorter finish, which makes this one a nice Hazy Session Ale.

Golden-amber with a big off-white creamy-frothy head, good stay and streaky lacing. Light sweet malty nose with cereal grain notes and some fruitiness from the hops. The taste shows some oranges as well with some nice spicy hops in the finish. Some light haze in the last pour. Goes down nicely with orange notes, so refreshing, and with the hops giving some spiciness - like the ones found in Steam Whistle. Good enough.
