Draft: Poured a cloudy/hazy bright yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of pina colada is quite intense with tons of coconut and pineapple notes with some hoppy tropical notes also discernible. Taste is also a mix of heavy coconut with some pineapples, some hoppy tropical notes with some residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable but drinkability is limited due to the extreme flavors in this beer.

Can that pours a real dark brown colour, almost black with hardly any copper highlights. The big head is mocha-coloured, creamy, frothy, long lasting with thick creamy foam lacing patterns. Cocoa aromas over roasted malts and molasses. Hints of dark fruits coming from the very light cinnamon and oranges. The taste is mostly roasted malts with again, very light orange notes. Not a bad stout on its own, but not sure the oatmeal is smoothening out the cocoa, orange and cinnamon too much. Hard to feel those. Wish all three would be more potent.

Light molasses sweetness with a medium- chocolate and coffee bitterness. Cinnamon is more apparent in the finish. Mouth is medium+ with soft carbonation and a dry finish. 8/4/7/4-/16

Pours a slight unfiltered with tiny transparent particles running through it. Golden-amber colour, frothy warm cap, nice lasting with lots of creamy-foamy lacing. Grassy nose with some citrus notes and mild malt in the back. The taste is quite bitter, dry with some hints of yeast, fruity malts. Does not seem like a hopbomb at 45 IBUs, but this one is quite something - if you're into that. Boom!

Collingwood IPA 6.1% Copper amber with a thick fluffy head of foam. The aroma is a cream soda zesty hoppiness. Medium bodied with that herbal piney bitter hoppiness and a cream soda type maltiness. Actually quite smooth drinking. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A quite solid ipa. Tastes much more bitter than 49 ibus. One of the better ipas I've had lately. Dominion Toronto
