Can 47,3 ml. Pours golden with a slight haze and a small, lacing white head. Rather sophisticated citrusy aroma from the interplay between Yuzu and hops. Rich, fruity body, but not really sweet. Has a distinct bitterness, but it's more so the Yuzu notes, that dominate. The finish is a bit boozy. But very different and interesting. 290518

Bottle acquired from Denmark. Pours hazy pale gold with a short lasting white head. Subtle aroma of wasabi, but more dominant is boiled veg (cabbage and swede). Sorachi Ace is just evident. Light sweetness, strange bitterness. Light body, slight watery texture, average carbonation. Very slight mustard wasabi edge to taste but not a lot. Kind of grew on me a little but this one was mostly drain pour.

[ As Japas Wasabiru ].Clear medium orange yellow, pale malt, wasabi - mustard, earthy colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wasabi - mustard, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity, wasabi, herbal.
