Description

Bottle at Dikkenek Cafe, Lyon. Reddish brown, clear with a fair bit of visible carbonation. Soy sauce, turpentine and cedar aroma. Intense sour taste. However you may feel about sour bruins, you have to admire the way the best ones hang together. It’s an intense and focused experience, and an honour to make this beer’s acquaintance.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Vivid clear red, lasting pink head. It’s like an alcopop. Kiddie sweet artificial cherry with a touch of chalk. Not good. Way way too sweet.
